So here we are today, to learn more about certain certifications and regulations, why they matter and how new EU regulations might affect companies and organisations in the near future. Design Kan formes af unge

Generation Z, eller ’de digitalt indfødte’ har trådt de spæde skridt ind på jobmarkedet og sikke et fokus det har fået. For den unge generation stiller spørgsmålstegn ved en klassisk hierarkisk organisationsstruktur og har værdier som åbenhed, kreativitet og fleksibilitet. I dag sætter vi fokus på især Generation Z, og de fordomme, der ofte omgiver dem. For hvad er det egentlig, de unge ønsker og kræver fra arbejdslivet? Er det virkelig bare en myte, at de kun er optaget af instant succes og fleksible arbejdstider?
Vi snakker med tre unge, spændende individer, som alle er i gang med at udforske jobmarkedet på forskellige måder. Sammen udforsker vi deres drømme, udfordringer og visioner for fremtiden, alt imens vi konfronterer de stereotype opfattelser, der ofte hænger over dem.
Velkommen til Design Kan formes af unge. Dagens gæster er designpraktikant Anna Johanne Iversen og de to gange studentermedhjælper og statskundskabsstuderende  Cecilie Højmark og Jonathan Balle.

Design Kan bygges

I en række episoder af Design Kan, har vi beskæftiget os med hvordan design kan bidrage til bæredygtig udvikling og bæredygtige løsninger. 
Vi har haft fokus på byggeriet og arkitekturen og blandt andet haft besøg af initiativtagerne bag Reduction Roadmap, som ønsker at engagere politikerne og lovgivere. 
I dag har vi besøg af to specialister fra byggebranchen, som snakker om hvordan vi gennem teknologi, data og samarbejde kan berige designprocessen for byggebranchen, for at skabe en mere bæredygtig fremtid. 
Dagens gæster er Maria Beyer Skydt og Niels Falk. Vært og interviewer er Kristina May.

Design Kan – Portræt Christian Bjørn

Det er ikke hver dag, at vi har æren af at fejre en fødselar i vores podcast, og især ikke en så rund jubilæumsdag som 80 års fødselsdagen.
Ikke desto mindre er det netop, hvad vi gør i dag. Dagens hovedperson og portrætperson, fylder nemlig år. Han har været en fremtrædende skikkelse i designverdenen i mange årtier. Siden 1970'erne har han formet og skabt industrielle designprodukter og -løsninger, og hans navn er velkendt i den danske designbranche. Gennem mange år som bestyrelsesformand for Dansk Design Center har han spillet en afgørende rolle i udviklingen af dansk design og så har han selvfølgelig også modtaget adskillige anerkendelser og priser for sit enestående bidrag.
I dagens episode er vores ærede gæst ingen ringere end Christian Bjørn, grundlæggeren af Christian Bjørn Design i 1974 og senere Christian Bjørn Industrial Design i 2002 som er mere markedsfokuseret.
